Siti Med Spa Appointment Guidelines
The demand for med spa services is high, especially during the holidays. We highly recommend appointments be made several weeks in advance or upon checkout of a current service to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.
It is of the utmost importance that you cancel and/or reschedule with the procedure scheduler during Business Hours (Monday thru Friday).
Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy for Office Appointments:
Due to the increased number of missed and/or canceled office appointments, the office has found it necessary to charge a $50.00 fee if 24 hours notice is not given.
This will be due prior to rescheduling your appointment.
Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy for Extended Procedures:
Due to the increased number of missed and/or canceled extended procedure appointments (Appointments 1 hour or longer), the office has found it necessary to charge a $100 fee if 48 hours notice is not given.
This will be due prior to rescheduling your procedure.
Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy for Appointments Booked Within a 24 Hour Window:
The Cancellation Policy will be enforced for Appointments scheduled the day before or day of (Within a 24 hour window).
We will try to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time. If there is not enough time to perform treatment, we have the right to reschedule your appointment to give you the quality treatment and to respect other patients’ scheduled appointments. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Prepaid Package Deals
Patients who have prepaid for package deals who are no-shows or have late cancellations for their scheduled appointments will automatically be deducted the cancellation fee from the package balance and must pay the balance in order to continue treatment.
Payment & Gratuity Policy
Payment for all individual treatments are due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment. We do not offer financing or payment plans. We do offer Care Credit, and you can apply online before your visit or treatment. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credits issued for any services including, but not limited, laser genesis, laser limelight, Total FX, Botox, Dysport, any Juvederm product, Restylane, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials treatments, body contouring, Latisse, and all skin care products. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit; we do not accept checks. Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Care Credit, and Siti Med Spa gift cards. Gratuity is not included in service pricing and may be added to credit card charges, gift cards, and checks at time of check out. Gratuity for your service provider is optional and left to the discretion of each patient at the time of appointment.
We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.
Siti Med Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly and quiet environment for both our spa guests and staff. As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the spa. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the spa.
Please remember that all Siti Med Spa staff are experienced professionals here to provide you with the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment.
Failure to act in accordance with Spa Etiquette may lead to not being welcome at our location.

Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.
We respect that you want to be seen by a specific provider but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness and unforeseen schedule changes. We will try to call you if any changes need to be made.
We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
