  • Avoid sleeping on your stomach/face for 2 weeks

Lying on your stomach or your side during the settling period can move the formula out of place and interfere with your treatment results. Sleeping on your back helps keep fillers in place while they settle. Sleeping on your back with your head elevated also prevents fluids from collecting in your head, which will in turn help reduce swelling and bruising.
